In my search for a hotel that marries luxury with value, I must say that Suites pleasantly surprised me. While not on the beachfront as advertised, the location was convenient, close to dining and shopping options. The room, although lacking in some essentials like kitchen utensils, had functional air conditioning that provided a respite from the summer heat. The garden patio, although initially neglected, was eventually tended to, making it a more inviting space.However, some aspects fell short. The cleanliness left much to be desired, with the beds poorly made and unclean sheets provided upon request. The lack of proper maintenance, evident in broken electrical fixtures, detracted from the overall experience. The refusal of a refund by the owner further tainted my impression of the guest service.In conclusion, while Suites offers some amenities and a decent pool, the drawbacks in cleanliness and maintenance make it difficult to justify the cost associated with staying here. If you value a well-kept environment and attentive service, you may want to explore other options that offer more bang for your buck.
